THE STACK

The four
foundations.

Every machine in our fleet is built on the same four pillars. None of them were copied from somewhere else.

African Vision

Computer vision models trained on African crops, weeds, soils, and lighting conditions. Western agricultural vision models cannot tell a healthy maize plant from fall armyworm damage in Tanzanian sunlight. Ours can, because they were trained on it.

WhatsApp Interface

Every machine is operated through a WhatsApp chat in the farmer's own language. There is no app to download, no tablet to charge, and no English-only menu in the way. The interface meets the farmer where she already is.

Solar Powertrain

Every machine is engineered for off-grid solar charging. Rural Africa is the largest off-grid energy market in the world, and a machine that depends on diesel or grid power is a machine designed to fail there. Ours were designed for the energy reality our farmers actually live in.

Repairable by Design

Every machine is engineered to be maintained with hand tools and locally available parts. No proprietary servicing is required, and no flying technicians from Europe. A 13mm spanner and a phone are enough.

CLOSING

These four foundations are why our machines work in places where other machines stall. The code, the components, and the chassis were all chosen with African deployment in mind.
